It can automatically feed and discharge gray board , automatically feed magnet, automatic digging and automatic gluing, and can suBStitute manual operation of putting magnet. 1、产量高，1000~1300PS/小时，大大节省人工；单机一人操作即可。 机器自动打孔，深度可调，改变人工挑孔工时多不统一的情况。

同时贴2个磁铁，同时贴1个，2个，3个，可定做多片（大于3片）。  灰板放料方式：上料板放料，下料板下料；也可选配输送线送取料。

2、灰板贴磁铁位置可调，吸嘴位置可调，移灰板速度可调，胶量可调，贴磁压力大小可调，贴单片、双片程序可设定（可跟据客户修改）；

3、放灰板高度达200mm，自动送灰板，放磁铁位精准统一；

4、放灰板位置400x1000，型号更换方便简单，适用型号广泛；

5、采用高精密加工件，配置高稳定性能电气元器件，操控简单且人机界面交流友好；

6、具有故障报警自动停机功能，并发出故障提示信息，更配备有精确实时生产产能计数功能

1. High yield, 1000~1300PS/hour, greatly saving labor; single machine can be operated by one person.The machine can automatically punch the holes, the depth is adjustable, thus changing the situation of more labor hours and inconsistent position of holes when punching manually. Gray board feeding mode: material is fed to the feeding board and discharged from the discharging board; and the conveying line can also be used for feeding and discharging material.

The position of the pasting magnet on gray board is adjustable, the suction nozzle position is adjustable, the gray board moving speed is adjustable, the glue amount is adjustable, the magnet pasting pressure is adjustable, and the program of pasting single piece and double piece can be set (according to the demands of customer);

3. The height of feeding gray board is up to 200mm, and the gray board is automatically fed, the position of pasting magnet is accurate and uniform;

4. The position of feeding gray board is 400x1000, the model replacement is convenient and simple, and the product is applicable to various models;
